How do I sign up to attend open studio, classes/workshops, or other events?

Security and privacy are paramount, and everyone must complete the intake form to apply for our services. Once a member of our clinical or operations team reviews your intake form, you will receive a password allowing access to our location, calendar, and event sign-up page.

Do I need to fill out any paperwork?

All participants must sign a General Liability Waiver, Participation Agreement, and Confidentiality/Privacy Agreement during their first visit to the studio. Participants interested in art therapy services will receive additional paperwork through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

How does open studio work?

Open Studio offers a flexible space to work on independent projects, collaborate on group work, or simply explore a variety of art materials. While it is not a structured class or therapy session, the Studio Manager and staff are available for support as needed.

Do I need to sign up for open studio or can I just drop in?

Because we are a small operation, we require sign-ups for everything we offer, including open studio. If you miss the 24-hour sign-up window, you may text (757) 805-4731 to let us know you want to come by.
